What is a CyverONE Hosted PBX?
CyverONE Hosted PBX is a web-based communications service that makes traditional phone systems and service obsolete. We provide a business-grade Voice over IP (VoIP) service that can dramatically improve your telecommunications systems. CyverONE provides your organization with a fully functional, low-cost enterprise voice solution that replaces costly PBX or Centrex services. Hosted PBX provides a professional phone presence by answering your calls, providing callers with automated access to common information, and routing calls to employees regardless of their physical location. It lets you replace your traditional phone carrier with Business Voice over IP at a huge savings. The service has an extensive, standard set of features, such as voice mail, conferencing, and the Simultaneous Ring (find me/follow me). Additional features include call center functionality, client-billing codes, and remote system access.

Can I Keep My Existing Telephone Numbers?
Yes, you can port your existing telephone numbers to our service. It generally takes 14 to 21 days to port your phone number to CyverONE however we can assign you a temporary number to get you up and running immediately.

Do you offer 800 services?
Yes we do and you can keep your existing 800 number.

What Choices do I have for Phones and Customer Premises Equipment?
CyverONE works with any SIP based IP Telephone. We offer phones from Grandstream, Polycom, Cisco, Yealink, AllWorx and others.

What do I need to use CyverONE Hosted PBX?
All our phones require a high speed internet connection. This gives the user the ability to manage their extension as well as have the ability to transfer call and make conference calls. However if your internet access is down CyverONE can route calls to a cell phone or any other telephone.

What internet connection speed do I need to use a VOIP phone?
Ideally, you should have about 72kb upload speed per simultaneous caller. If you have a 5 phone system, 5x72kb (360kb) is the upload speed you will need to sustain 5 simultaneous calls .

How hard is it to install?
CyverONE Hosted PBX systems are very, very easy to install. All phones are programmed at our office and are shipped ready to work. All you have to do is unpack it and plug in the power and internet connections. If you can install a toaster, you can install a CyverONE hosted PBX. CyverONE can also provide full install services.

Can This Solution Work with my Firewall?
Yes, our Hosted PBX service has the ability to work with existing most Enterprise firewalls and private IP addressing schemes. CyverONE provides the NAT functionality. Plug the phone in behind your router, open Port 5060 and your all set. We specify router configurations to support data and voice over a high-speed connection. We can even assist you to properly configure your firewall for optimal performance.

How is reliable is CyverONE service?
As or more reliable than your regular phone service. CyverONE provides reliable service with virtually no down-time. Our systems are fault tolerant and redundant, and we have multiple network and carrier partners with our own fiber ring providing bulletproof infrastructure and impressive reliability records. Can Your Hosted PBX Service Scale to Fit Our Growing Company?
Yes we offer service from as little as 3 users into the thousands. CyverONE's Hosted PBX service is built on a platform that allows your company to grow either one user at a time or by adding new offices with hundreds of users. The technology and functionality and can meet the needs of any sized enterprise, across one or multiple locations.

Does 911 work with your system?
CyverONE is fully compliant with all e911 laws. We offer full 911 services in about 85% of the country. Please contact a CyverONE representative to inquire about the availability of 911 services in your Town or City. *Note e911 services may not available when using a Softphone (PC based software client), if your IP address changes. You wil need to configure e911 services for each location you use the softphone at.

Do you offer Service Level Assurances?
Yes.  If CyverONE supplies broadband access then we can offer an SLA that covers packet delivery, network latency, call success and jitter. CyverONE's service is so reliable that for ALL customers we offer an SLA for network uptime.  See SLA for more details.

How does a CyverONE solution differ from other Internet-based call management solutions on the market?
CyverONE's hosted PBX servers are collocated in large datacenters. Our Browser-based administration makes it easy for your company to administer, manage, and update your features (such as speed dial keys, phone templates, and moves, adds, and changes) as if it's your own system. Other Web-based providers, such as those offered by Vonage and Packet8, are really residential PC-based solutions with a Web-enabled front-end for making calls over the Internet. CyverONE gives your company the features you need to succeed. These include extension dialing, Auto Attendants, Call Queuing and music on hold. CyverONE gives your users the same voice quality they have been accustomed to with your PBX. Unlike other VoIP providers that may transport voice traffic over the Internet, when using CyverONE's Hosted PBX and Internet Broadband service your voice traffic never gets to the internet. CyverONE completes the call right to the end user.

What is Unified Messaging and do you offer it?
CyverONE offers multiple options for messaging (Voicemail): Standard voice mail is offered with every extension. To access it you can press the voicemail button on your phone or you can also access your messages remotely. CyverONE also offers Unified Messaging, which allows you receive your voicemail messages in your email. They come as a standard wave file. In addition you can see the number of the caller as well as the caller IP so you can "see" who called you as well as listen to their voice message.

How do I know if my company is a good fit for CyverONE's Hosted PBX service?
