Kenneth D. Allen - Founder and Chairman
of the Board
Ken was a key factor in the development of the Airborne Long
Range Input (ALRI) to SAGE. The project led to requirements
definition and development of the Command and Control Center
for the NORAD 425L System. The project integrated a
multi-processor that interfaced multiple command and control
system including SAGE, Space Track, Midas/Samos 117L, SAGE
Air Defense System and the Intel 473L System. The contract
was the basis of the Burroughs B550 Data Processing System,
the first commercially successful multi-processor system.

Brad Arant - Chief Technology Officer
Brad is the creator of the CyverGIX Operating System, and
manages development of our VM appliance technology and our
PVOM security development initiatives. Prior to creation of
CyverGIX, Brad created and developed a MESH Wireless Network
application for educational markets.
As Founder and
President of BARANT Technologies, Brad focused on the
development of high quality software and the development of
the Linux operating systems. As both a private contractor
and employee of various companies Brad has developed systems
for financial accounting, collections, process control,
pipeline product control, job costing and scheduling,
payroll and a host of other applications.
As Director of MIS for Tenet Health systems, Brad developed
a healthcare workflow system integrating the Nortel Unified
Communications, a patient record imaging system, billing and
financial reporting system. The system implemented a
Document Work Flow Management System as an alternative to
FileNet. As Program Development Manager for, Mideo Systems,
Brad developed an image processing system for storing
forensic information for the crime labs, photo labs, medical
examiners, justice department and law enforcement. The
system was implemented using Microsoft dot.net and was
adopted as a standard for Law Enforcement in Los Angeles and
other leading law enforcement agencies.

Larry Hull - Strategic Advisor
Larry Hull is President of Larco Advisors, Inc. an
international financial consulting company. He is founder
and chairman emeritus of the Pacific Pension Institute and a
member of the PPI advisory council. Mr Hull is Chairman of
the Board of Institutional Real Estate Inc. an international
real estate publishing and consulting firm. He has over 45
years experience in the pension fund investment business as
a consultant to pension advisers and plan sponsors with a
focus on developing and structuring international
alternative asset investment programs. He is a California
Real Estate Broker and a registered broker dealer with FINRA
and holds licences, 24, 27, 7 and 63. Mr Hull holds a B.A.
in business administration at the University of Oregon. He
is a graduate of the Air War College and a retired Air Force
Colonel.

Chas Freeman, Jr. - Strategic Advisor
Ambassador Freeman was Assistant Secretary of Defense for
International Security Affairs from 1993-94, earning the
highest public service awards of the Department of Defense
for his roles in designing a NATO-centered post-Cold War
European security system and in reestablishing defense and
military relations with China. He served as U. S. Ambassador
to Saudi Arabia (during operations Desert Shield and Desert
Storm). He was Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State
for African Affairs during the historic U.S. mediation of
Namibian independence from South Africa and Cuban troop
withdrawal from Angola. Chas Freeman served as Deputy Chief
of Mission and Charge d'Affaires in the American embassies
at both Bangkok (1984-1986) and Beijing (1981-1984). He was
Director for Chinese Affairs at the U.S. Department of State
from 1979-1981. He was the principal American interpreter
during the late President Nixon's path-breaking visit to
China in 1972. In addition to his Middle Eastern, African,
East Asian and European diplomatic experience, he served in
India. Ambassador Freeman earned a certificate in Latin
American studies from the National Autonomous University of
Mexico, certificates in both the national and Taiwan
dialects of Chinese from the former Foreign Service
Institute field school in Taiwan, a BA magna cum laude from
Yale University and a JD from the Harvard Law School. He is
the recipient of numerous high honors and awards.

William A. Owens - Strategic Advisor
Former Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Retired
Admiral William A. Owens is a member of the Defense Policy
Board. Owens also serves on the boards of directors for
several technology companies, including CenturyLink, and
Polycom.
Admiral Owens has written more than 50 articles on national
security and authored two books. He is a 1962 graduate of
the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelor's degree in
mathematics. He has a bachelor and masters degrees in
politics, philosophy and economics from Oxford University
and a masters in management from George Washington
University.
He has also served on the boards of directors of several
public companies including Telstra, Nortel Networks,
Symantec, Daimler Chrysler, Polycom, Cray, and Tibco.
Admiral Owens is the senior advisor to AEA Investors, LLC
and is a member of several philanthropic boards including
the Carnegie Corporation, Brookings, and the Fred Hutchinson
Cancer Research Center. |
